Are you using a proxy or VPN?
No just an HP PC with Sky Router
This is based on your ISP and google tracking will determine based on that for the prices most likely.

That said, do you want to share the URL of an example search results page that has this issue? Just wondering whether it's on google.com or google.co.uk which could affect how "shopping" results are presented, separate and apart from language issues.
