Extensions are not working on my firefox, despite them being enabled.
After updating to the latest firefox version, my extensions have stopped working. This is very inconvenient, as I have important extensions like lastpass. In the settings they say they are enabled, but they are not. I have tried restarting firefox and my computer with no luck.

It is possible that there is a problem with files in the profile folder that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (extensions.json, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
See "Corrupt extension files":

You can check if there is a update available in case of issues.
- click the cogwheel button (left of the Search bar) on the about:addons page to "Check for updates"
If this didn't help then delete add-ons.json and possibly prefs.js in case there is a problem with preferences.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Hi, the info that you submitted when asking the question shows that there is 1 Crash Report. Can you please follow what will be below make sure to include the bp- as per the picture. All others if any and marked as submitted you can submit.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Hi! Here are the crash ID's you asked for. Hope this helps: bp-a45a223d-e9d5-485a-9d75-8f10e0180708 bp-b21d87e5-6418-4d9c-ad8f-eca7f0180708 bp-04d98be2-ef4f-4806-839e-c80750180708 bp-5ca72b6c-0c9c-4178-a5de-b34d40180708 bp-e91c61fe-8921-4688-9da2-2be5f0180708

I bet it is your IBM Security Rapport
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme, or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.
Hi. Sorry for not getting back sooner. I've tried disabling all extensions but one and that single extension doesn't work. The IBM extension isn't causing the other extensions to not load, but something else is.
