This doesn't happen every time i send emails ,it seems to happen to certain recipients in small groups. The details are-Reporting-MTA: dns; iprslrsmtp2msp.cpwnetworks.com and

This looks like a message from your email provider's SMTP server. Basically it's saying that the message has not been delivered to the recipients email provider SMTP server. This has got nothing to do with Thunderbird. You should contact your email provider.
