As soon as I'd made a donation to Mozzila I lost the ability to attach photos to emails or upload photos to Facebook! I used Internet Explorer with no problem. I don't want to move away from Firefox but if I can't fix this problem then I will have to. I'm not technically minded and all support is in language too difficult for me to understand. I'm 66 years old.

Hi JuneyHod.

Thank you for reaching us. Do you see any error message? Or what exactly happen when you try to attach a photo?

It says there was an error in loading. It's something to do with Adobe Flash player 20 which I had just updated. I went into Firefox tools and the plug in should be enabled but it obviously is not. Other people are complaining about it on this forum but no solution has yet been offered.

I do not have enabled Flash at all and Facebook photo update works. Did enabling Flash solved that problem?

What's the exact error message text?

Sorry not to have replied earlier. I have difficulty finding this page and how to reply! I get the message 'There was an error attaching this file. ' It may be because the file is too large. It let me attach one that was 31KB & 109KB but not one of 2.89MB. I don't recall having this problem before.
