How do I adjust the printing preferences? all my pages print in miniature when I use Firefox and try to print from a webpage.

I cannot print from any webpage, including my hotmail account, without the page printing at about 20% of the normal size. If I use Explorer, I have no problems with printing.

{Ctrl + P} within Firefox and open Properties for that printer - check the Paper Size setting.

If the Paper Size is correct, do the Reset described in that support article.

try to adjust the print scale: File > Page Setup > "Format & Options": Scale (unselect: "Shrink to fit page width")

Well, I tried your suggestion, and it did increase the font size, but it will only print within the top half and about the middle 1/3 of the page. So, to print something that should fit on one page, it would take 3 to 5 pages....I tried looking at the margins and they were all set to 0. changing them to 1 inch didn't help...any other suggestions?

Ed, had same problem. Did reset but did not work. Now there is no print.print_printer preference showing when I do about:config, nor do the print preferences show any reference to a particular printer. Works fine in Safari BTW.

Looks like the only way I can print something from a web page in larger font size instead of having to use a magnifying glass to read is to switch browsers from Firefox to Internet Explorer because I can't get the correct answer to my problem and nothing in the Forums help or even make sense and I'm tried of trying to resolve this problem with Firefox
