Firefox 4 doesn't have a zoom in/out option besides ctrl +/-? Would prefer to select it from a buttom like 3.6
Loving Firefox 4, one thing that bothers me is there is no zoom in/out button like there was in 3.6 and I don't like using the ctrl +/-. Is there any way to add this as an option to a toolbar? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Zoom Controls are in the Customize Palette.

Can't believe I didn't see that, thanks!
And where is the button or option to reset browser to initial size? Sometimes I'm not sure which one is the original size.

There is no button to reset the Zoom level to default, you can use {Ctrl + zero} zero on the number pad or upper row..
Its all still there but it is now hidden by default to save space.
If you want to access it you'll have to enable the "menu bar". It brings back the dropdowns: File, View etc. Just right click the dark area on the top of your firefox window and check "menu bar".
Then you can use the View dropdown and set or reset zoom levels just like in pre 4.0
