Since a recent "upgrade," I can't get to my two @live.com addresses' emails. My inbox shows up, but it's empty. I get a notice that tells me I have no emails and I'm "all done for the day." My folders are all gone, my months of emails are gone, etc. My @live (Outlook) accounts work just fine on other browsers, it's only on Firefox that I'm having this problem, and only since an update a few weeks ago. Today's update did not change the situation. I prefer Firefox, but I'll have to remove it if I can't get to my email accounts! Help!

Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? see screenshot https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

You are probably blocking something. I'm in Outlook everyday all day with no issues in all version of Firefox.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
