Block due to security issue
I have recently been blocked from down loading info from what has always been a safe site. It is the PEOPLES MAGAZINE ROYALS website. I receive the following message:
'''''' Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue
Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to l.mail.people.com because this website requires a secure connection. bold text What can you do about it?
l.mail.people.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.
The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.
This came from:
People Royals < ... @mail.people.com>
Unsubscribe To: ... @yahoo.com People Magazine people.com
Can you help me ascertain what is blocking my access to the articles from this website. It indicates a security problem.
edited emails from public and search/spam bots view.

Hi, is there an "Advanced" button on that page? If so, please click that and look for the error code, usually in ALL_CAPS. Our first step will be to look it up in this article: How to troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.
By the way, I think that might be one of those click-tracking servers. If you go to People's site normally, can you get the article there, or does it require the emailed link?
Thank you for answering me back so quickly. Below is the error code. I got that far myself, but unfortunately I am in the dark as to what to do next. I get the impression that Firefox considers People Mag. a security risk.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

I get that same code. When I click View Certificate, it says the certificate is for addresses matching *.eccmp.com and is owned by Cheetah Digital Inc. It looks like a glitch in how they set up their server.
I suggest going directly to the People site and looking up the article there until they fix their click tracking infrastructure.
THANK YOU FOR YOU HELP
