can't deal with new look of V. 89 of Firefox for Mac OS
Help! Today, I updated from v. 88.x to the latest v. 89.x of Firefox for Mac OS. Unfortunately, the new look and interface of v. 89 is very difficult for me to see and use. The menu bar items (text and icons) are too small, and everything is too small, too light and low-contrast gray with no borders ,etc. I've been using Firefox for Mac OS for at least 15 years, and I've never been so dissatisfied by the look of an upgrade. I am running on a Mac Pro with OS X 10.14.6.
Having played with the various preference menus in v. 89.x that I could find, I am not able to find settings to return the look to that of the previous version. Is there a "theme" to make the interface user-friendly again, or do I need to actually revert to v. 88.x? If I need to go back to v. 88.x, how do I do that and preserve all of my original settings, bookmark, etc.? Thank you!

Thank you for the suggested theme as a possible solution to "fix" v. 89.x. Before your post, I had already used Time Machine to revert back to the point just before the v. 89.x update was installed. Regarding the possible theme solution for v. 89.x, I will have to try that offline and compare to v. 88.x for "look and feel" before I make the final leap.
Hi , There's a Firefox theme on the addons site called Photon Colors, which I found helps a lot.
Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/photon-colors/ and click on Install Theme.
