In Quantum, what happed to the option to block Site Data?
Firefox used to have an option to be prompted before sites could store Site Data on my computer (Site Data, not cookies). The new condensed Preferences page does not have this option. Is there another way to set this preference? The key recommended for V56 in about:config is not present in V57. This looks like an easy way for sites to put data on our computers that we might not want. I have already set the custom history settings to delete the Site Data when I exit Firefox. But that deletes all Site Data. Oh, and the Remove button in the Settings... section of Preferences/Privacy&Security under Site Data does not delete the site data you have selected. If you "Remove" a site, close the Settings... window, and click Settings... again, the site is still there.

There are still the offline-apps prefs present in about:config.
- offline-apps.allow_by_default
- offline-apps.quota.warn
I also see this pref that is false by default, so try to toggle this as well.
- browser.preferences.offlineGroup.enabled
That should make the Offline section appear at the bottom on 'Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security" or use the search bar (offline).
