In an email, I cannot drag the cursor over a word/sentence to shade it so I can then move or delete the word.
It is easier for me to us all caps. I am not yelling. WHEN I AM WRITING AN EMAIL, USING THE HOTMAIL ACCOUNT, AND I NEED TO DELETE A WORD OR SENTENCE, I WILL PLACE THE LINE OF THE CURSOR AT THE END OF THE WORD AND DRAG THE CURSOR TOWARDS THE FRONT OF THE WORD. I CAN NO LONGER DO THAT.
WHEN I MISSPELL A WORD, AND I RIGHT CLICK ON IT, THE CORRECT SPELLING DOES NOT POP-UP.
I CHANGED THE FONT OF THE EMAIL SIGNATURE AND TEXT BOX; AND CHANGED THE THEME ABOUT 2 DAYS AGO. NOW, THE CURSOR WILL CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE WORDS AND THAT IS ALL.
IF I GO TO AN OLD EMAIL OR A WORD DOCUMENT, I HAVE NO PROBLEM PERFORMING THIS TASK. IT IS WHEN I TYPE A NEW EMAIL.
SUCH SADNESS. THANKS FOR HELPING

To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.

- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
