Filtering emails to Folders
I have used message filters for some years with complete success. Recently when an email is moved by a filter, either on initial receipt or on manual run, the message appears in the correct folder okay but is not removed from the inbox. i.e. it appears in both. If I delete it from the inbox it gets deleted from the folder as well. !! I am not aware of having changed any settings. Can anyone explain where I'm going wrong, please? John

are you using unified folder, all folders or something else in your folder view?
There have been issues with some folders not updating unless you go to another folder and then come back. Then there have been issues with the unified folders.
So more information please, including if the problem account is IMAP or POP.
