Hello,

I'm not receiving emails in Thunderbird; haven't received any since mid last week. I'm just a user; not an administrator or other IT person. I've reinstalled Thunderbird, logged out and signed back in. I do not recall making any changes that would have resulted in me not receiving emails. I can send messages out, but haven't seen any new ones.

When you check the account in webmail, are new messages arriving? If so, it might be as simple as a log jam:

Thanks so much for your response, but it did not work. I was able to log into webmail, but new messages aren't arriving. I tried deleting some recent messages and archiving older messages, but that did not work either. Now, I'm getting a message that my password is not correct; when I'm in the app.

If there' are no new messages in webmail, I doubt there's an issue with TB. Set a working password with the mail provider on their website, and confirm it by logging into webmail. Who is the mail provider? They may have made changes to their authentication process so that even a correct password won't work in TB. But first test the new password by first removing the old one from Saved Passwords in Options/Preferences, restarting TB, and entering the new password when prompted.
