Click on the 'Deleted' or 'Trash' folder to see deleted emails. Either drag the email back into desired folder or use the right click 'Move to' option.

If you delete and instantly want to reverse the action: 'Edit' > 'Undo Delete Message'

Thank you but, I do not have a "deleted" folder and my trash folder does not help me in my effort to retrieve deleted emails
