Mozilla has a team that look into the user interface and keep it fresh and useful for most users of Firefox. In additional to this, you can customise the interface, more information on this can be seen here.

What additions or changes do you think the ProfileManger in Firefox needs?

Mozilla did work on a external ProfileManager application for a short while that could work with Firefox and even Thunderbird and SeaMonkey Profiles. At the time Mozilla was considering removing the ProfileManager in Firefox.

Not sure if the ProfileManager app still works properly with current Firefox Releases as it has not been updated since May 2011 at version 1.0

this about:profiles is good UI care , then can replace to dialog profile (firefox -p)?

add or change?..yes: - add picutre of account - add syncs to cloud firefox (syncs) - add archive all data in zip for other computer (work, home), to save the destination. - change Ui like as about:profiles..(dialog (firefox -p)
