Forgot to tell you what OS, and version of Firefox: Windows 7 Pro on the big screen Laptop, Windows 7 Home Premium on the small one. Both have the most up to date version of Firefox 43.0.4 installed.

Are you zooming web page because that affects the screen dimensions as reported via JavaScript?

Try to set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.0 (default is -1) on the about:config page. If necessary adjust its value in 0.1 or 0.05 steps (1.1 or 0.9) until icons or text looks right. Modifying layout.css.devPixelsPerPx acts as a global zoom and affects the user interface and web pages and you may have to adjust the appearance of web pages.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

You can look at the Default FullZoom Level or NoSquint extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.

this was with the console open at the bottom of screen (thus the inner window height difference.)

Going to look at the addons, first, to see if they work, so I do not have to get into the config aspects.

OK, No Squint did help, some. The present support page is now 1/3 of the center of my browser page, instead of 1/5 (approximations.)

I do not see how the No Squint ensures I get the Full size website over the Mobile version.

All this does, and what you suggest I mod the Config to do, is make the Font sizes larger...

Does not resolve the issue I have of not getting the "Full Size" or "Desktop" version of the Website over the "Mobile" Version.

I will have to log into my Desktop to see the full size webpage.

With those dimensions reported you should get the regular page and not the mobile version.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

• Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
• Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.

This sounds like the normal desktop version of support.mozilla.org/questions/all if you see the Question tools on right of OP and desktop version works this way to be effective on both monitors and tablets. The mobile version of forums fills the browser window since you are likely using a cellphone then. If it says "Switch to mobile site" on bottom of page then you are on desktop version of forum.

Safe mode = no change. It is on default theme. Safe mode in Windoze changes nothing. (Did all that before bothering you guys here... Double checked it, virus free, both systems.)

What does Firefox tell websites so they decide to switch from Full to Mobile? Where is this located, and how do I modify that?

Will look into creating some pics. Gonna do it on the smaller screened one, as it is worse on it.

Can you attach a screenshot to see if you actually get a different (mobile) page?

This website doesn't use the full screen width (Inspector shows 940px), so let that not confuse you.
