I just downloaded a file on mega.co.nz, and it was 13GB. So when it was 100% it said, Download complete blah blah blah, but the file doesn't show up in my download list, neither does it shopw up when I search the file name in Windows Explorer. I don't have a lot of disc space left, so this is a huge problem, could anyone help? Oh btw, I have some sort of setting where all my history will be deleted.

Sorry for my bad English

Usually Mega has a two-step download. Normally whenever I use Mega, I have to download it twice for some reason. Once, it does something, then the other time it actually downloads it. Do you see it listed when you go to about:downloads in Firefox?

You may also want to try clearing your %TEMP% folder (search for %TEMP% in the Start menu) and deleting the downloads.rdf file from your profile folder

Note that mega.co.nz uses the offline cache to store data in IndexedDB and only stores the file on the hard drive once the download has completed and the file has been verified.
