You posted here with Firefox 17.0.1. Try running a Norton Live Update so Norton can update their Firefox add-on and get that Toolbar working again. That said, Norton doesn't do anything about Malware. You need a Malware application to locate and remove Malware. Install, update, and run these programs in this order. when I installed this latest update from Firefox, it said that my Norton Toolbar was not supported by this update. ever since I installed the update, Norton toolbar is now gone and my Safesearch is no longer displaying the indicators on Google searches. did I perhaps download a bogus Firefox update (it said Firefox 16)?
