I am using Firefox on Windows 7. I am getting a popup message box that has title "Adobe Flash Player Settings" and it says that s.ytimg.com is requesting to store information on your computer. There are numerous internet complaints regarding the same message for Internet Explorer. They say it is an adobe message caused by YouTube but the message box looks like it is a trick for a virus because it asks you to approve or deny using more memory space. it says "Requested 10kb" How do you fix this and or turn it off or remove it? Adobe help says it is the application causing the problem, but this is not an app, but a server name. The message pops up right in the middle of any embedded YouTube video and ruins the ability to open it without hitting one of the two buttons. Corrective actions are on Microsoft for Internet Explorer, but nothing in your database for firefox.

If it is not too much to ask, may you please take a screenshot of this dialog? If you believe it is a trick, you probably want to scan your computer for any viruses as well.

Here is Youtube and the message. But it happen with Flash all the time. I have flashblock and adblock plus if that helps.

This is still not resolved - the uploaded image by kunta is correct - the popup message sits right in the middle of a YouTube video embedded image and stays there even if you try to play it. My readings indicate that the browser somehow limits the size of a cookie or other file and this message is trying to get you to approve a larger filesize. Or, it could be a virus - why doesn't someone from Firefox, YouTube or Google address this problem???

If this is a legitimate problem why doesn't YouTube also explain how to change settings so you don't get this message ON EVERY YOUTUBE IMAGE???
