logs flooded with push.services.mozilla.com connection requests despite feature disabled
Help me stop the DNS log flood with connection requests to
which are blocked.
dom.push.connection.enabled = false dom.push.enabled = false
Seems a tad deceptive. UI settings for notifications has none allowed and new requests blocked.
On a related note I would like instructions to have the browser cease attempted conversations with these resources
firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com shavar.services.mozilla.com content-signature-2.cdn.mozilla.net aus5.mozilla.org
All experiments disabled yet normandy.cdn.mozilla.net
If mozilla respects privacy why are not experiments opt-IN?
Thank you for your kind help

Some of those domains are used to get the latest configuration data like for search engines. This allows to modify Mozilla to easily make changes and fix issues without the need to issue an update.
