can't log in to my charter account
I can't log in to my Thunderbird account. I get a messages saying "login to server mobile.charter.net with username [email protected] failed". I have set all of the settings to what my email service provider requires. What can I do? BTW, this problem started two days ago, after the latest T-bird update to 115.9.4

If you install https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/115.8.1/win64/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%20115.8.1.exe does the problem go away?
And if you reinstall (not update) https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/115.9.0/win64/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%20115.9.0.exe does the problem reappear?
