I will take a punt and place this in the Firefox forum. I don;t see it as a Thunderbird issue. I did click the link you supplied and try printing it. I get some rubbish layout. But nothing to indicate I was getting underlying URL's. Just sections apparently printed on top of others.
The forum appears to be identifying your browser as Chrome. So perhaps I am placing this in the wrong forum.
