I`m trying to get into my account since yesterday ...They say i`m using my old password but i never changed it ..it`s still the same and they won`t put me through ..Thank you ..Getting frustrated

Hi, is this a problem with your Firefox Account -- the one you used for this site -- or with a different account?
If you try signing into the site using a different browser such as Google Chrome, Opera, or Internet Explorer, does it work any better, or do you get the same message as you do in Firefox?
