Chosen solution Open the parent folder so its content shows in the right pane in the Bookmarks Manager (Library). Then you can select multiple folder and bookmarks in the right pane. In the left pane you can only select one folder. You should also be able to select multiple folders in the sidebar, but the Library is probably better as you have more control and can undo an action (Organize > Undo). Read this answer in context
