Hello Everyone. I would like to first say how much I appreciate your help with the craziness we have been going through. It was such a relief knowing my son's new device is fixed. My son and I went though 3 phones 2 different carriers and both of our laptops are still unavailable from this adventure. With that being said it has crassed my mind it could be someone I know or a rare quinsidents. Last night my S10 had red writing that popped up over my email address stating not being able to send a conformation Sign up email or something along those lines and I wanted to know what could of caused that? Or if it was the a part of the issue currently? Main point of the question is my S10 battery died during the morning right before I loaded everything is the app/browser. Could this be check this? I tried to accessed my phone after charging but I'm and locked out of it. Also my son said he was not sure if he added in the report earlier this stepfather's email element2060@ gmail. Com.
