ive been hacked... again. My password does not work. Ive tried going to saved passwords but there's nothing there. Master password does not work. HELP please

A few months ago, my password login failed. I'm certain I've been hacked again. I followed the steps to try and see my saved passwords but there's nothing saved, only a master password. nothing I type works. HELP please!
