Why can't I neither open nor uninstall Firefox?
When I click on the Mozilla icon , nothing happens and when I try uninstalling the program, it says that "Firefox must be closed to proceed with the uninstall." But it cannot be opened

Reboot the computer. Then try this;
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Do Not remove the profiles folder.
