Using windows 7, tried to update browser, did, but it can't connect to internet. Other browsers work. Does firefox still support windows 7? Help!
I have a good connection and don't seem to have any virus. Internet Explorer still connects, so does Safari. But Chrome won't connect, just like Firefox. Hope you can hook me up. Will even accept a previous version of Firefox. Hate all the others. Please don't make me have to lose Firefox!

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
- Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
