Since August 15, 2017 the same email has been coming through this address: [email protected] The exact same email The Grommet dated 8-15-17. Dates 8-15-17 through today 8-18-17. I have not received any other emails. It is very frustrating. Please fix. Thank you Gene Arnold

I still am NOT receiving regular emails on [email protected] I am still receiving the same email over and over again, from 8-15-17 to 8-18-17 and counting. Approximately 20 times.

Did you go to your providers site and delete the problem email? If not, do that. No one here is going to fix it. It is up to you to follow the suggestions and fix it.

I have deleted the emails but they keep coming. I thought Mozilla is supposed to be my provider?

Deleted them where? In Thunderbird? The instructions you were given were to go to your providers Webmail site and delete it there.

Your email address is @verizon.net. Verizon is your email provider. Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer and not an email provider.
