Had to wipe hard drive , can't find thunderbird local data in time capsule and can't do auto time capsule reload

Genius bar had to wipe my hard drive , and said not to auto load from time capsule. I'm looking for emails that I saved in "local file" that I saved on thunderbird. where are they in time capsule

In Mac OS X Profile folders are located here: 

   ~/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/<Profile name>/

The tilde character (~) refers to the current user's Home folder, so ~/Library is the /Macintosh HD/Users/<username>/Library folder.
