This could be problem with your fingerprint software (TrueSuite) as we have seen this issue reported in the past
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
re:FredMcD, The attachment is screenshot.
re:cor-el I have tried all methods you suggested, but I can't resolve the question. This question may be caused by fingerprint software. Blank and fingerprint software failure occurs at the same time. How I can do if it is caused by fingerprint software? I can't find the fingerprint extension in firefox (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions).
Temporally disable that software, restart the computer and test it.
'Microcosm' The finger print software (True Suite) mentioned by cor-el is shown as TrueSuite Website Logon Plugin in your System Details shown above.
Another user at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1006980 has the same problem.
It is good after I uninstall fingerprint reader software. It can be determined fingerprint reader software and firefox 30.0 has compatibility issues. It is no issue when I use firefox 29.
I am using Firefox 29.0.1 now. Fingerprint reader software and Firefox are normal in 29.0.1. Wish this compatibility issue can resolve in the future.
Had the same issue.
It was TrueSuite :)
It seems FF 30.0 hates the fingerprint readers indeed!
The problems may be due to less common plugins being switched to "Ask to Activate" status starting in Firefox 30. If this feature is important, I suggest giving it a second try.
Open the Add-ons page using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. Look for "TrueSuite" and change "Never Activate" (or "Ask to Activate") to "Always Activate". This might not take effect in existing windows, or might not take effect until you exit and start Firefox up again.
