How is that related to Firefox?

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Yes however Firefox is a web browser and not a email client so I take it your issue is with one of the thousand of webmail services like Gmail, Yahoo and such?

because it only happens in firefox! does not do it in chrome or internet explorer.......plus other firefox users have same probloem

Again Firefox is not a email client so what webmail service are you having issues with?. For example Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail.

Others users who use the same webmail may then be able to confirm or help you out.
