Firefox Speech Feature, where is it?

Firefox used to have a feature under the Services part of the menu that said "Speech" and it gave you an option to Turn On Speech or Turn Off Speech... What happened to that? I've tried the Add-On and it feels like a major downgrade from previous version. Please help.
