No audio on Twitch Streams.

Same as previous users over the last 6-12months. I've tried just about everything.

Intermittent no sound on streams unless you refresh or change stream resolution (which i imagine refreshes the stream).

This only occurs on Twitch using FF, other browsers work fine.

pretty much the same, excluding the developers edition and my i/o devices.
