I had a perfectly functioning thunderbird email account and have received several alerts to upgrade/download to install Th' 68 which have previously failed to work so have been ignoring the alerts for a while. Got fed up with them this morning, clicked install and it actually 'worked'. By 'worked' i mean something happened and I now can't access my email account. I never had to use a password and so don't remember it, it must have been set up years ago. I am not great with the computer - basics only - and any supposed help I am finding online is bamboozling. how do I get back to my original account, with all of my saved addresses and saved emails? Please? Thank you in advance
