Hi Agnes, now managed to attached the 2 files of the same email received as one from Windows 10 and the other with lots of wordings from Macbook Air for your investigations.

You'll need to tell the sender with the MacBook to send messages with the plain text encoding ONLY to your email address.

Here is How: Use plain or rich text in emails in Mail on Mac

The Mail program on Mac has the option to send in HTML or Plain Text.

What you're looking at the email's HTML Source code ... So the MacBook's Mail program is set up wrong. (Your TB Should have recognized that as a HTML email's Source .... and Rendered it as such. But it did NOT.)

Have them try sending it in Plain Text to you.
