It is bad enough you lost your phone now you have ton go thru all these changes trying to get your stuff. I trust my pass word go ahead can any one tell me my 16 alpha numerical pass word nope you cant. Im not goiungh top be treated like a child these companies just want my number anyway. I put it in a add box an electronic one and it new me by my face book name. so forget it. I probably wont get to see the answer to this cause I cant create a account unless they send a code to my number well no thank you its just another head ache after my head ache you see its not about security its about having my phone number. my pass word is fine never have I had any account compermissed becuase someonew got my password. Unfortunately, we cannot recover your account if you don't have access to either the recovery code for your account or your two-factor authentication device. This is for security and privacy reasons.
If you are logged into your Firefox Account already on another device, you can try disabling two-step verification on your account.
If you having your account recovery code, you can select the Use recovery code option when asked for your two-step authentication code.
Unfortunately, if neither is an option for you, we can't recover your account. When using two-step authentication, it's important to keep any recovery codes so that you can recover accounts in a situation like this.
More information about the topic can be found in What if I'm locked out of Two-Step Authentication?
