Sometimes I have to download any file twice so firefox really download it.
When I try to save a picture or download anyfile, a firefox's download window shows up to choose if I want to open the file or download it, no matter what I choose for the first time = nothing happens at all. But it always works in the second time.
I even restarted Firefox with no add-ons, fresh installed new os.. nothing seems to fix it

It seems the problem is from EagleGet's add-on so I uninstalled it completely and until now everything works smoothly

You are using a beta version of Firefox. Have you reported this to the beta support?
Have you tried normal Firefox?
I didn't notice I was on beta and switched to the stable vr, unfortunately the problem still exist
Is this with many websites, some, a few?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Note that your System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.
You can check its content with a text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:preferences page.
