One computer is new windows 10, the other Windows 7 ... both computers suddenly won't play a Youtube video. It recognizes my account, and when I click on any video it starts to play for 1 second and then goes dark with an error message. I can play successfully using Chrome. I've been a Firefox user for many years ... must I now switch to Chrome? I've tried the suggestion of unchecking performance etc. no luck.

PLEASE HELP

Nick
