Не могу войти в аккаунт для синхронизации. Пользовался бэткой, пароль и почту знаю от аккаунта. Сегодня перешёл на новую версию FF и не могй войти в аккаунт, т.к. доступа к той почте давно уже нет. Ранее подтверждение на почту никогда не требовалось и я без проблем мог войти. Как мне сейчас войти? Как изменить почту в своём аккаунте? Могу предоставить любые данные, в подтверждение тому, что аккаунт мой.

I can not log in to sync. I used a bake, password and mail I know from the account. Today I switched to a new version of FF and could not log into the account, because access to that mail has long been gone. Earlier confirmation on the mail was never required and I could enter without problems. How do I log in now? How do I change the email in my account? I can provide any data, in support of the fact that my account. You make no mention of other devices where you could get a copy of the data from - It appears from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.

If you have a copy of your Firefox profile for desktop Firefox, you may be able to recover your bookmarks and other data. Please have a read of this article.

Please contact them and explain problem and new email address. I would think though that you will need to make a new account with new email address. Firefox Volunteer Support has no access to what you are looking for.

If you can't check that email account then I'm afraid that you need to create a new Sync account with an email address that you can access. You can add a second email address to Sync, but that requires access to the primary email address and if that isn't possible then you are out of luck and can't recover data from the Sync server if that is what you want to do.

If you still have personal data on another computer or Firefox profile then you can backup this data and transfer it to another device or setup a new Sync account.
