I tried resetting all printer settings, nothing changed. I tried deleting and recreating the users profile and nothing changed. Uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed latest Firefox version, nothing changed. All other browsers print fine.

Hi Texas. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Does the issue persist when you try and print a something that exists locally on your computer rather than online?
Printing a saved HTML document or any document?
I opened a PDF and a simple text file and attempted to print. There was no error but it only printed a blank page for both. I tried different PDFs and different text files.
Sounds like an issue with your Windows configuration or possibly the printer. I'd reach out to the printer manufacturer for support on solving this issue, as they're more well equipped to handle such issues.

Try to set security.sandbox.content.level = 0 on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
Does this also happen if you disable multi-process windows?
When multi-process windows in Firefox is enabled then Firefox will use more memory and may be less responsive. Try to disable multi-process windows in Firefox to see if that has effect.
You can disable multi-process windows in Firefox by setting these prefs to false on the about:config page.
- browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false
- browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 = false
You can open the about:config page: via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
