I am using Firefox ESR 45.4.0

And it is showing up to date. When it will get upgraded to Firefox 49.

Firefox ESR 45.4.0 will never update to Firefox 49. ESR only updates to the next ESR version - 45.5.0. The next major version update for ESR will be Firefox 52.0.0.
