Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Those crashes are related to an Nvidia graphics DLL file.

There is a Bug report filed about that type of Crash on Win10, although not exclusively.

I think the first thing you need to do it to look for updated graphics drivers. If none are available, then try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration#w_turning-off-hardware-acceleration

That's what I thought and I tried to update the graphics driver but it said that it was not compatible with windows 10? so I will try again, thank you so much for your help.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox for now if you can't locate a working driver.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
