Whenever I am playing World of Warcraft (not always) it'll repeatedly crash. It's not just when playing it's very random as to when it will do it. I'm naming it because it's the most recent.

Here is my latest crash ID

ID: 76fad619-a8a2-4c02-a534-9b2432150701 Signature: npswf32_18_0_0_194.dll@0x35e84d

I've got a list the length of my screen just on crashes today alone.

It looks like that plugin is up to date. The only thing that I can suggest at this point it to change the Flash Hardware acceleration to off. Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.

You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

Then perform these steps:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and select Options on Windows or Preferences on Mac or Linux.
  2. Select the Advanced panel and then the General tab.
  3. Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
  4. Restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
