Can you copy your contacts and their e-mail addresses onto another site, say an e-card site. If so, how?

There are several e-card sites available, but they would be useless unless I can copy/paste my contacts and their e-mail addresses as I do not wish to type in each one. How can I do this? Thanks!

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Firefox doesn't save your "addressbook". Please seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

In the old days, site would say, hey, give me your email login so I can import your address book. Then they'd spam all your friends email mailboxes. Now they say, connect me to your Facebook account. Then they spam your friends' news feeds. But I digress...

The short answer is, it really depends on the particular site what connection features they have, and it's a judgment call whether to trust them with your passwords.
