Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
Consider also, deactivating some of the plugins. Six plugins for Real-something may be one or two too many.
Also, check the drivers for your video card, so that they are up to date. Even with - actually because of - plug-ins up-to-date, my system kept crashing until I got the latest drivers installed.

The shockwave for director plugin is probably not ordinarily used much these days.
- Is it even always essential ?
- Would some sites run video etc. with Flash Player instead ?
I note you have ordinary Flash Player and you also have RealPlayer related plugins. I know certainly in the past some of these plugins have conflicted and resulted in problems. As already suggested does it help if you ensure you only have plugins enabled that are actually being used.
I can not guarantee it will help but you may wish to read

This problem is not related to computer problems or hardware, etc. So the real problem is in the Firefox browser as these problems are not solved a long time ago? Note that I have a fresh system and it works great but you still get all these problems even with the installation of a new Windows system? Man this problem is related to Firefox only and just want a solution!
Sorry you are still having problems. Please remember that you are having problems with plugins.
Plugins are computer software that you have installed from some third party, i.e. not from Firefox, and in nearly all cases not from your Windows OS. Your crashes involve such software thus the suggestions
- Ensure they are disabled
if you do not definitely need to use them on a particular site. - Ensure they are up to date.
(Unfortunately the Mozilla Firefox site can nor always provide information. You may need to contact the homesite of the plugin to ensure it is up to date)- At the same time it may be worth looking at their support site for known issues.
Graphics drivers and hardware acceleration both relate to software and also are worth considering as a cause.
Also we need to discover if it is a crash or a hang. if it is a crash you should be able to provide crash IDs by visiting about:crashes and looking for crash IDs - they are a long set of letters and numbers, each beginning with bp-.
