When I am finished with a tab and close it, and then close down Firefox app, when I click back into Firefox the tabs that I have closed are still there open. How can I stop this from happening without having to "quit" and clear cache etc all the time? Surely when you close a tab it should stay closed?

I believe that I issue that you are seeing has been fixed in a later version than you are using. I recommend that you update to the latest version available from the Google Play store.

Hi Ciara

Please can you update to the latest version of Firefox for Android available from the Google Play store.

Does this help?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your reply. The last time I updated to the latest version is when then problem started and also other problems which I've found ways to deal with, so I'm afraid to update again in case it causes even more and worse problems and then I won't be able to cancel the update, so I was hoping there was an easy fix without needing to update.

Kind regards,

Ciara.
