When loading web pages, FF stalls twice during the load. Once when the progress bar is at about 15%, and once at about 60%. The first is usually very brief, but the second is for at least several seconds (typically 30 or more) and sometimes it never completes. It does this on Wifi or LTE. I have tried disabling all addons and tried the configuration changes described at http://www.problogbooster.com/2010/03/make-mozilla-firefox-faster-speed-up-browsing-about-config-settings-easy-tricks-addon-performance-tweaks.html with no improvement. The research I have done suggests that this is a common issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Same problem here. It seemed to start when FF began blocking Flash due to vulnerabilities. Is Adobe warring with Firefox by intentionally stalling browsing?
