Firefox hangs up every time i try to delete all history 'older than 6 months'
Firefox runs on ssd There is no problem with structure of history.
What i am doing to repeat hang up: Open history tab or separate history window -> RMB on 'older than 6 months' -> press delete -> *hang up*
I've tried to wait for 20-30 minutes but it didn't help.

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.
Under the page logo on the left side you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To it’s right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.
Locate the places.sqlite file. Then rename it. Restart Firefox.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Yes. After 15 minutes waiting no result.
Places Maintenance {web link} Allows to run Maintenance tasks on the database that drives Places, the bookmarks and history module behind Firefox.
Open the Add-ons Manager. Locate the add-on and press the Options button. Select All of the tests. Then press Execute on the bottom.
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

every "Places" mode doesn't give result (size of database is still the same ~61440Kb) Tried to use all combinations with "windows safe mode" "firefox safe mode" "Places".
Still can't delete all history older than 6 months.

Pretty harsh. So you think there is no other way to solve this problem?
If the file can't be fixed, or it's corrupted, that is the way to go. Firefox will try to restore an old backup, so you won't loose much.
