Windows XP Pro 2002, service pack 3 Firefox v20.0.1

Two days ago, I found myself unable to access my American Express on-line account, with Firefox. As I attempt to login and I am unable to connect to https://online.amercianexpress.com... I have successfully accessed the account with Chrome.

I have tried the following in my troubleshooting efforts (not necessarily in this order):

I have cleared all cookies and exceptions I have cleared "Cached Web Content" and "Offline Web Content and User Data" I turned off AddBlock Plus for americanexpress.com and in my last attempt; I turned it off for all sites I tried to access the site in Safe Mode, to no avail I turned off "Tell websites I do not want to be tracked" I have set to "Allow", in my exceptions, americanexpress.com and online.americanexpress.com

Any other suggestions?
